Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Custom or made-to-order styles may require additional processing time before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or fingers. To refresh, lightly spritz with water or a braid spray. Avoid soaking or machine washing. Store on a wig stand or in the original packaging when not in use to maintain the style shape. Avoid sleeping in your wig to extend its life.

It's best to keep braided wigs away from heavy moisture. A light spritz is fine for freshening up, but avoid fully submerging the wig. If it does get wet, gently blot dry and allow to air dry completely on a wig stand before wearing again.
